Who did her Hair?

I adore these photos from Kaja's wedding. I was not able to do the makeup for Kaja's wedding but Kelley was able to do the hair for Kaja and all of her bridal party. Since Kelley will not brag about how fabulous she is, I have taken it upon myself to do the job. Granted, Kaja and the bridal party were out of this world gorgeous, but you have to admit that the hair looks pretty darn fantastic. Stephen from Love Life Images (one of my favorite photo journalism groups) photographed the wedding and he did such a fabulous job that I could just look at these pictures all day.

The wedding took place at The Swedish Embassy in Washington DC and all of the details were very special and unique. Kaja even wore a surprise blue dress that was a stunning work of art.
Kaja, you are a beautiful bride and I wish for you a beautiful life with Dan!

I want one of these bridesmaid dresses!
What a gorgeous shot!

This picture cracks me up. She is so adorable.

Feature Wedding: Kelly and Jeremy

I have sooo much to say about this wedding! First of all, Kelly, the bride, is fantastic. She planned everything to a tee and it showed. The Eastern Shore Wedding took place mostly outdoors and she had the PERFECT day for it. We had the doors open to the hotel balcony while we were hanging out, doing hair and makeup and the most wonderful "perfect day breeze" was blowing through. There was even a crab feast going on next the the hotel with live music playing for our entertainment. The smell of Old Bay was making me rather hungry, though.

Kelly and her bridesmaids were a lively group and kept me laughing the whole day. They had all known each other for most of their lives and have tremendous fun together. The mimosa's were flowing and so were the wedding mad lib's. Yes, I said mad lib's.

Kelly also had an all star cast of vendors, including the very talented Kate Headley of Kate Headley Photography who took these fabulous photos. Kate also get a fastest blogger award because Kelly's wedding was just this past Saturday. Kelly also hired wedding planner Courtney from A Sweet Soiree to make sure the wedding day went smoothly.

It was a beautiful day, beautiful bride and beautiful wedding! And I was honored to be a part of it.

Feature Wedding: Kim and Jake

Wow, what an extraordinary wedding. Kim and Jake were married on Labor Day weekend at Londontowne Gardens in Edgewater. So Jen Cody from Ego Media Photography gets the fast blogger award for posting Kim's photos already. Kim is an event coordinator at the Annapolis Marriott waterfront and comes into contact with hundreds of vendors. So needless to say, Kelley and I feel extremely honored that she chose us to be her wedding day glam squad. We arrived early in the morning and enjoyed every minute of hanging out with such a fantastic group of girls.

I just love all of her wedding day details and Ego Media captured the personality of the couple so beautifully. Allison Barnhill Designs created all of the paper items and details and Great Expectations: Flowers by Inka was responsible for the beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements! Enjoy the pictures and feel free to leave your comments.

I love this hair shot. Kelley did a different style for each bridesmaid but incorporated a braid into each style to tie them all together.

Kim was glowing all day.

What a great looking wedding party!

Kim and Jake had the perfect wedding day weather.

I love this shot. Maybe Kelley and I will use it for our promotional materials. What do you think?

The programs were made into fans in anticipation of a hot day.

Another great hair shot. Seriously, Kelley is a genius.

Look at my ring. Look at my ring.

Congratulations Kim and Jake!
