Kim and Jake's Wedding is featured in Brides Magazine!!!!

I have been waiting for the Fall/ Winter issue of Maryland Bride magazine for quite some time now because one of our Oh so fabulous brides has a two page spread in it.  Kim and Jake were married last labor day weekend and Kelley and I had the pleasure of doing the hair and makeup for the wedding.  Here are photos from the magazine but if you want to see more photos from the wedding taken by Ego Media Photography then check them out here.

Feature Wedding: Alyson and Matthew: Naval Academy Wedding Encore

So as promised here are some more beautiful photos from Alyson and Matthews wedding.  The girls got ready at Alyson's home which is right next to the Naval Academy so they had a short walk over to the ceremony.  I love these shots of Alyson and her sister walking to the Academy.

The ceremonies at the Naval Academy are just so beautiful.  Alyson and Matthew were married the day after graduation and I think she said their were 7 weddings that weekend at the Academy.  Oh my:)

Feature Wedding: Alyson and Matthew: Naval Academy Wedding

You are going to love these wedding photos.  I know I have been a bit behind on the blogging but these photos are well worth the wait.  Alyson is just the cutest and sweetest southern belle and Kelley and I had a wonderful time with her and her family on the wedding day.  Kelley did all of the hair for Alyson and her sister/sister in laws and I had the privilege of doing the makeup.  The Extraordinary photography was by Ego Media Photography and let me just say that Ego Media is photo journalism at it's best!  It is easy to see what a joyful and fun loving person Alyson is through these exquisite photos.  Here are a few pre-ceremony photos and I will blog some more tomorrow.

Flowers and Brides

Feature Wedding: Kim and Jake

Wow, what an extraordinary wedding. Kim and Jake were married on Labor Day weekend at Londontowne Gardens in Edgewater. So Jen Cody from Ego Media Photography gets the fast blogger award for posting Kim's photos already. Kim is an event coordinator at the Annapolis Marriott waterfront and comes into contact with hundreds of vendors. So needless to say, Kelley and I feel extremely honored that she chose us to be her wedding day glam squad. We arrived early in the morning and enjoyed every minute of hanging out with such a fantastic group of girls.

I just love all of her wedding day details and Ego Media captured the personality of the couple so beautifully. Allison Barnhill Designs created all of the paper items and details and Great Expectations: Flowers by Inka was responsible for the beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements! I love this hair shot. Kelley did a different style for each bridesmaid but incorporated a braid into each style to tie them all together.
